With the guidance of its dynamic President, Mr. Abdul Mueed, and the Treasurer, Mr. Hammad Ahmed, assisted by three highly qualified young Associates: Mr. Abdul Majeed, Dr. Asad Mueed, and Mr. Hamid Ahmed. Hamdard's charitable mission is achieving higher goals and rendering untiring services to the cause of happiness and well-being of the people. Over the years, Hamdard National Foundation has gained momentum which can only lead to far-reaching achievements in times to come.

Hamdard National Foundation, which established Majeedia Hospital on the campus of Jamia Hamdard, is now helping to upgrade it from 150 beds to 350 beds. Facilities already exist in offering multi-specialty treatments in modern and traditional systems of medicine. This hospital has well-experienced consultants in Medicine, Surgery, Gynecology, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, ENT, Dermatology and Dental Surgery. Treatment in super-specialty areas like Cardiology, Nephrology and Plastic Surgery along with Dialysis, Urology and Neurosurgery are also available. The diagnostic facilities like Microbiology, Pathology, Biochemistry, Radiology and Ultrasonology are running with latest equipment. A well-equipped Center of Rehabilitation Medicine is functioning to provide Physiotherapy Treatment to the patients. Four Operation Theatres with modern Intensive Care Unit ensure prompt service to the public with 24 hours Emergency Facility.
The awardees of the scholarships included the Graduate and Post-Graduate students of all disciplines - Medical, Para-Medical (Pharmacy, Nursing, Bio-Technology, Physiotherapy, Optometric Practices, etc.), Engineering, Computer Application, Management, Education, Accountancy, Architecture, Agriculture, Textile-designing, Law, Fine Arts, Bio-chemistry, Physical Education, Fashion-Technology, Secretarial Training, ITI & Polytechnic Courses and different Diploma Courses.
Jamia Hamdard has already entered into MoU with Max Healthcare Institute, New Delhi, St. Stephen Hospital, Delhi and Venue Eye Hospital, New Delhi, for mutual sharing of expertise and other resources to provide advanced training to the University Students in their Super-Specialty Hospitals.
Hamdard National Foundation is now providing Jamia Hamdard with Rs. 30 Crores as seed money for starting Hamdard Medical College with an annual intake of 100 students. To meet the Medical Council norms, modern laboratories of Basic Sciences have been established. It will not be long before the Hamdard Medical College starts full-fledged operations.
